I finally filmed something I’ve been articulating in frustratingly bitesize pieces for years!!! The relief of getting it OUT and onto camera is giving me very smug and pleased energy because I know this is the piece of info that so many of us have been missing - and the absence of which has us in perpetual re-hashing, endless therapising, and repeat contemplation.
This is the pattern I keep seeing —> People who are NOT struggling. People who are intelligent, intuitive, deeply self-aware, doing meaningful work in the world. But yet there’s this persistent feeling - like there’s a version of themselves they keep almost reaching but never quite fully inhabiting. Like the goal posts to feeling complete just keep on moving.
And the real reason has absolutely nothing to do with how hard they’re trying.
It’s about WHERE the work is happening.
Most personal development, most therapy, most manifestation practice operates at the level of the conscious mind. Which means it’s addressing maybe 5% of what’s actually running your reality. The other 95% - your DEEP subconscious code, the programming that was written long before you had any say in it - is still doing its thing completely unchecked.
That’s why the patterns come back. That’s why the goal posts to the full & embodied you remain just out of reach. Let me tell you its NOT because you’re not doing enough, but because the root has never been touched.
